Dr Theresa Chion who
is a geriatrician specialising in a diverse range of gerontological syndromes.
Dr Theresa Chion graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2011. During her postgraduate training, she worked in various regional and tertiary centres across Queensland. She underwent specialist training at the Townsville, Prince Charles, Logan, and Redlands Hospitals.
Dr Chion holds a Fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and a Master’s degree in Ageing from the University of Melbourne.
Practice Locations
Dr Chion looks forward to providing dedicated consultations at Infinity Specialists, Level 2 of St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, Toowoomba, whilst also leading a comprehensive community multidisciplinary team at Toowoomba Hospital.
Areas of Interest
With a special interest in the management of acute and subacute geriatric syndromes, particularly perioperative management, falls, memory, and polypharmacy.
